Smith has over 15 years experience working in electrical & construction in the states of SC &
KY. She is a licensed General & Mechanical contractor in the state of SC, and passed the NASCLA exam, She is
also certified in work zone safety traffic control & office management. Patricia has always believed in the importance
of being involved in her community, there is no better way than through the JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS program by the local law enforcement agencies. Her
professional business management is the structure and backbone of South Eastern Construction of the Midlands.
Rodney Smith has 30 years experience working in
the electrical & construction field. His career over the years has instilled a strong background in all aspects in electrical
and construction, he possess the ability to develop positive client relationships and trust through hard work and dedication.
He is a member manager with a wide variety of skills which allow him to multi-task in a variety of projects. He has excellent
skills including working with estimating software. His professional
experience includes working with various electrical contractors and general contractors, performing negotiations, budget control,
proposal preparations. He worked closely with Fort Jackson to help build the BPA contract from a firm fixed price to a RS
means contract
Russell Long has over 45 years of general construction experience
with 36 years of governmental experience. Formally with the State of South Carolina, he administered capital improvement programs
for three separate state agencies: Department of Public Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles, and the SC Criminal Justice Academy.
His capital improvement experience included construction, renovation, governmental real estate transactions and general maintenance.
His projects range from complex construction as the SLED crime lab, construction
of buildings using inmate labor, complex scheduling of mission critical endeavors as moving approximately 2100 persons staff
from 7 locations to a new headquarters building while the building was under extensive renovations, and
general maintenance on a statewide basis. Russell has vast experience in governmental funding, budgeting, long term capital improvement
and funding cycle planning, bidding procurement, GAAP, and fixed assets. Additionally, he has served on numerous committees,
boards, and other forms of governance.
His knowledge and hands on experience can be an asset to clients with general
and special needs. Josh Smith has 10 years of electrical experience starting as an apprentice and quickly becoming a superintendent.
He specializes in traffic signals, roadway lighting, commercial and industrial focus, traffic counts,
loop detection for traffic signals, and fiber optics. Josh is now an estimator and project manager using his
skills and knowledge to bid and perform jobs for our clients in a timely manner And there is so much we can say about our suppliers, staff, and
